What you can expect A room filled with wonderful people, awesome music and energy. Come and be yourself and dress in what makes you comfortable - yoga pants, a tank top, t-shirt etc. This class is traditionally preformed barefoot. So if you're in a hurry just slip on your flip flops and take them off when you get there! Be prepared to move and sweat, and maybe even be inspired! This class is for everyone. Any age, any fitness level.

Deep Dance Experience was proud to be a part of the YMCA community for four years. Choosing to follow her heart Kris now teaches specialty classes as well as DDX at MUUV - the space that feels like a vacation!

Deep Dance Experience is found at the MUUV Center every Tuesday and Thursday at 10 a.m. and Wednesdays at 6 p.m. Classes are limited to 18 so signing up in advance is recommended.
